Enterprise Partners are our most exclusive channel members, representing multiple vertical markets for key strategic vendors.

An Enterprise Partner:

  • Is an expert in the products they represent
  • Invests heavily in sales and technical training from Code42
  • Represents all Code42 solutions and is constantly collaborating with Code42 regarding opportunities, training, roadmap, etc.
  • Maintains appropriate staffing levels, marketing capabilities and web presence to properly propagate the Code42 brand across their customer base
  • And most importantly – consistently performs to expectations and maintains technical certifications
Agents

Agents

Agents tend to be more regional in nature and provide specialized solutions to a dedicated core customer base.

An Agent:

  • Specializes in businesses with fewer than 100 employees
  • Maintains a pre-determined level of understanding in Code42 products by attending web-based training and participating in quarterly Agent updates
  • Often provides managed services and support to their customer base
