Code42, the Insider Risk Management leader, today announced its next phase of growth will include the opening of two new office locations in Austin, one of the fastest growing tech hubs in the U.S., and Atlanta, home to more than a dozen cybersecurity companies. Like Code42’s locations in Minneapolis, Washington, DC, Denver and London, the new office locations fully support flexible, hybrid workstyles.
The new office in Austin opened in September while the Atlanta office is expected to open by January 2022. Code42’s CPO Lisa Woodson will head up the Austin office while CMO Alexandra Gobbi will lead the new Atlanta office. To support the significant growth the company anticipates in its business during 2022, Code42 is actively recruiting diverse talent for the new locations. “While our workforce is widely distributed and flexes between home and office locations like so many tech companies, we are excited to expand and deepen our ties to innovative communities like Austin and Atlanta,” said Joe Payne, Code42 president and CEO. “Our security business will grow over 100% in 2021 as we lead the market in delivering new and creative ways to manage insider risk and insider threat. Diverse thinkers from varied backgrounds will help us continue to deliver innovative solutions that protect collaborative workforces and safeguard source code, customer information and product plans.”
The opening of Code42’s newest offices comes after another year of rapid growth coming from its security business. It achieved major milestones during the year, which included the continued expansion of market-defining capabilities to its award-winning Insider Risk Management (IRM) solution, Code42® Incydr™, the launch of its new Code42® Instructor™ microlearning solution for reducing insider risk, new strategic technology partnerships and integrations, and important third-party recognitions. In 2021, Code42 was named as one of the best workplaces in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine for the second year in a row. Many of these same forces are expected to continue to play pivotal roles in Code42’s future growth.
