Code42 Wins Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service Innovation

Code42 Customer Experience team honored for dedication to superior customer support

Code42, the leader in endpoint data protection and management for business and enterprise, today announced it won a gold Stevie® Award in the “Innovation in Customer Service – Computer Industries” category, marking the second year in a row the Stevie Awards recognized Code42’s outstanding customer service.

The Stevie Award recognizes the efforts of Code42’s Customer Experience team. Comprised of quality assurance, documentation and Customer Champion support professionals, the team supports the more than 36,000 business customers of Code42’s data security solutions: CrashPlan enterprise endpoint backup and SharePlan enterprise file sync/share.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top awards for sales, business development, contact center and customer service. Judges evaluated more than 1,900 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry in this year’s competition, an increase of 27 percent over 2014.
