Code 42 Software Announces New Vice President of Enterprise Marketing
Enterprise marketing veteran Kari Seas to lead company’s continued growth in the enterprise data backup space

Code 42 Software Inc., developers of award-winning onsite, offsite and online backup solutions for consumers, businesses and the enterprise, today announced the appointment of Kari Seas as vice president of enterprise marketing. With nearly 20 years of experience, Seas will report to Code 42 CMO Mike Evangelist and be responsible for managing and growing Code 42’s enterprise-related marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Code 42 Software, Seas served as vice president of marketing communications at SwiftKnowledge, a global software provider of business intelligence (BI) technology, where she created innovative corporate marketing, public relations, industry analyst relations and lead generation campaigns. Earlier, Seas spent seven years leading the worldwide, integrated corporate marketing and corporate identity efforts for Stellent Inc., helping to position the company as one of the top enterprise content management vendors in the world. Upon acquiring Stellent in 2007, Oracle Corp. tapped Seas to supervise integrated technology marketing campaigns for its software products. Before Stellent, Seas held a variety of marketing roles at companies including Gartner Institute, Digi International and Globelle.
