Get to know Lisa with our Q&A:

What are your priorities for the first few months with Code42?

Lisa: In my first few months I will prioritize building a deeper understanding of the business, our people, and our culture. I will focus on enabling the People Team to scale for growth as well as develop a holistic approach to diversity and inclusion.

Why are you excited about working at Code42?

Lisa: I am excited to work at Code42 because of the people, the technology, and our company values.  I think the combination is special and I am thrilled to be a part of this team.

What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in your career?

Lisa: Be open to take on something that makes you uncomfortable.  It is in these moments that you are stretched and learn what you are truly capable of.

What are your hobbies? What do you enjoy in your spare time?

Lisa: I enjoy visiting new countries, sports, music, writing short stories, and spending as much time as I can with family. My new favorite thing is riding my Peloton.

Welcome to Code42, Lisa!
