Code42 Named a 2015 Gartner & 1to1 Media Customer Experience Excellence Winner
Joint awards program honors company for its outstanding “Customer First” business model(Minneapolis — Jun 23, 2015) —
Code42, the leader in endpoint data protection and security for business and enterprise, today announced it has been named a 2015 Customer Experience Excellence winner in the “Transformational Customer Experience” category by Gartner and 1to1 Media. The award recognizes companies that have implemented enterprise-wide, customer-focused strategies that significantly improve business performance.
Code42 was recognized for successfully turning its customer support function into a model for customer engagement. By migrating previously disparate departments—quality assurance, customer support and documentation—under an umbrella customer experience team, the company better supports the data security needs of its more than 37,000 business customers.
The winners were selected by a panel of judges consisting of Gartner analysts and 1to1 Media editorial staff. Judges evaluated the nominees based on the Eight Gartner CRM Building Blocks, 1to1 Media’s criteria for building profitable customer relationships and demonstrated measurable improvements in customers’ satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.

This honor marks the latest in a series of awards recognizing Code42 for its accomplishments. Earlier this year, Code42 was named a Stevie Award winner for customer service innovation and recognized by KMWorld as one of the top 100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management. The company also was named to Forbes’ list of America’s Most Promising Companies for the third consecutive year.
