Code42 Wins Stevie Award for Outstanding Customer Service Team

Award recognizes the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional support, evidenced by a 97 percent customer satisfaction rate

Code42, the leader in endpoint data protection and management, today announced its Customer Champion support team won a Stevie Award for Sales and Customer Service in the “Customer Service Team of the Year – Recovery Situation” category.

The Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service recognize outstanding achievements of sales, business development, customer service and contact center professionals worldwide. More than 100 categories honoring sales and customer service individuals, teams, products, services and solution providers are judged each year by hundreds of executives around the world.

Code42’s Customer Champion team—which doubled in size since 2012—supports the company’s fast-growing customer base of more than 30,000 businesses and helps protect millions of devices used at work and home.

“We have worked very hard to build a ‘customer first’ culture, and our Customer Champion team brings that principle to life,” said Brian Bell, president and chief operating officer for Code42. “Every new employee shadows three Customer Champions during his or her first week with Code42 to observe how the right approach can turn customers into evangelists.”

The Stevie Award recognizes Code42’s commitment to providing 24/7 customer support and maintaining a whopping 97 percent satisfaction rate. The company recently revamped its training program to expedite the onboarding process for new Customer Champions, resulting in decreased initial response times and higher customer satisfaction scores.

The recognition marks the latest in a series of recent accolades for Code42. The company was named one of “America’s Most Promising Companies” by Forbes and “100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management” by KMWorld.
