Top Workplaces list recognizes the best-performing and most progressive companies in Minnesota(Minneapolis — Jun 17, 2013) —
Code 42 Software, Inc., developers of award-winning, private and public cloud-based endpoint backup solutions for consumers, businesses and the enterprise, today announced it was named one of the Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces 2013.
Star Tribune publisher Michael J. Klingensmith said, “The companies in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”
The annual Top Workplaces list recognizes the best-performing and most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions about organizational health, job expectations and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics—on behalf of the Star Tribune—selected the top workplaces after surveying more than 64,000 employees of Minnesota-based public, private and nonprofit organizations.
“We’re fortunate to work at a place like Code 42,” said Matthew Dornquast, chief executive officer and founding partner of Code 42 Software. “It’s not something we take for granted. We will continue to invest heavily in this context of creative collaboration we call Code 42.”
To qualify for the Top Workplaces, a company must employ more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Nearly 1,900 companies were invited to participate; rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
The list of the Top Workplaces 2013 was published in a special section of the Star Tribune on Sunday, June 16, 2013. It also can be found online at www.startribune.com/topworkplaces2013.
