Let’s not beat around the bush. You’ve probably heard of us. The “tech-darling of Minnesota” - if you’re here we probably don’t really have to convince you of how awesome it is to work here - great people, great benefits, great location, great products, great! great! great! But here’s the thing - we’re looking for the same thing from you - great! great! great! That’s you. You’re great at magically making a designer’s PSD or AI file appear on the web as an awesome HTML5/CSS experience that anyone could take the Pepsi challenge with and not know which was the designer’s and which was yours. But the magic of your humble greatness doesn’t end there. Oh no. You embrace - let’s just say it…you love responsive design, and know all the ins and outs, ramifications and implications of design decisions that will affect your code on all devices, in all sizes, on all platforms. You know how to create and maintain a great working relationship with designers and other developers. You don’t work in the dark, and I mean literally, not figuratively - our office has a lot of window light, and when other people look at your code, they wish they could be you. Yeah, we’re shooting pretty high, but let’s just say we like to go for the gold around here.
